almost there!

I'm all ready! I have all my money and then some! God provided extra which is perfect because it will allow me to travel to visit some other missionaries. I knew I would receive all I needed, and I did! Thank you for your prayers, they paid off!
I've had some hiccups along the way, which have only showed me that the devil doesn't want me to go! Since September, I have had a few health scares but not to worry! God has protected me and I am in good health! Nothing is stopping me from making it to the Philippines! There have been other struggles along the way, but I cannot complain. I am leaving in less than a week with everything ready to go!
There has been more blessings than struggles, for which I am very thankful. One blessing is being able to talk with a girl named Jessica who just finished her student teaching at Faith Academy in the Philippines! She did not go to the campus I am going to, but I was able to learn a tremendous amount from her. It is a huge blessing to hear her stories and catch a glimpse of what I will be experiencing. I can't wait!
Well, with less than a week left before I leave, all I have left to do is pack! I have posted an easy day-by-day prayer guide so you can be praying for me! Feel free to follow that if you are unsure what to pray for! Also, pray as I fly out Wednesday morning at 7:30 and arrive in the Davao Friday at 5:50 am. (That's about 33 hours of travel, with a 13 hour time difference.)
Alright, next time I write I'll be in the Philippines!!! : )
